Custom and Personalized Orders
If you would like your order customized in any way please reach out by using the contact button at the top of the page before placing an order.
Changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.
Care Instructions
Tumbler, Mug, and Glassware Care: Handwash only, do not soak, not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, and avoid extreme heat, do not drop.
Apparel Care:
Turn the garment inside out, avoid fabric softeners, machine wash cold, do not bleach, do not iron, tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
Shipping Details
Orders are made within 1-5 days of the order being placed. Once the order is ready it will be shipped the following business day.
Items will be shipped to the address provided. If this item is a gift please double-check the address at checkout. Once an item has shipped we can not change this, no refund will be made.
Simply Crafted by Cass is not responsible for any delays beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided to you so you can keep an eye out for your happy mail while it makes its way to you!
Refund and Exchange Details
Most orders are on a made-to-order basis and we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. If we make an error, please reach out so we can promptly correct the issue. We do not refund for user errors but if you have questions, we are always happy to help.
On custom orders Simply Crafted by Cass will not be held responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.
Please note all computers and devices may have a slight color difference and may not match exactly what one sees on the listing. By purchasing, the buyer is aware of this and agrees to the slight color difference in the designs/items.
Items Damaged In Transit
Simply Crafted by Cass will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS.
Report damage to Simply Crafted by Cass within 2 days of receiving the order.
To submit a damage report please send a message along with pictures via email to info@simplycraftedbycass.com
The same shipping method will be used to mail out the replacements as the original shipment. Simply Crafted by Cass is not responsible for paying expedited shipping for replacements due to damages by USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Simply Crafted by Cass is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the carrier has deemed them delivered to your address.
If your package is lost in transit please reach out to us and the carrier so a proper investigation can begin.
